Prime Bicycles offers two secure payment methods. Below you will find all necessary information regarding the payment process.

AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
At the final step of your order, please select „Credit Card” and proceed. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Our website uses high standard security during credit card payments - 3DS authentication (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode). Your credit card information is also encrypted by SSL technology. Please make sure you have enough funds to cover the costs of the order, and your daily spending limits are sufficient. Otherwise your payment can’t be completed.

BANK TRANSFER
At the final step of your order, please select „Bank transfer” and proceed. You will then receive an email with our bank account details and further instructions to finalize your order. Please include your customer and order number in the transfer title. When the payment is received in our account, we will reserve your items and ship them as soon as possible. Additional costs regarding the financial transactions have to be covered by the customer.
